How to Use Dishwasher Salt: Open the dishwasher door. Locate the salt adder inside the dishwasher. This is located at the bottom of the front of the machine. Open the salt reservoir cover by unscrewing the lid. Fill the container with salt. Use approximately 1-2 kg of salt, depending on the size and type of your dishwasher. It is recommended to use a salt specifically formulated for dishwashers for optimal effectiveness. After adding the salt, close the salt reservoir cover tightly. Run the dishwasher as usual.
